Overview:
In collaboration with the Youth Employment Agency, BITA implemented a national Garment and Apparel Training Skills Programme focused on empowering young Ghanaians with hands-on skills in tailoring, garment design, and production. The programme blended technical training with entrepreneurship and business management modules, equipping participants to launch their own fashion ventures or gain employment in the industry. This initiative reflects BITA’s deep commitment to youth empowerment and skills development.
